We will provide 0.5% free spare parts-mainly electronic parts according to the order quantity. 

1) Frame:3 years quality warranty.
2) Battery: 24months quality guarantee for Li-ion battery.
3) Electric motor: we provide as long as 24 months quality warranty.
4) Charger/Controller: 12 months quality warranty.
5) The other electric parts: 6 months quality warranty No warranty for tire and V-brake shoes
If parts broken during warranty time due to quality problem, email us photos or videos. Then we will send you free replacement parts by express. But we strongly recommend you buy some parts in advance to shorten your side after-sale service time.
